A copy of Adams's chronicle came in to the hands of a local antiquarian Francis Fox in 1907. Fox had it transcribed by Miss E. Salisbury of the London Record Office and published by Arrowsmith in 1910 as a limited edition by subscription at one guinea (See Refno: Bk/110). The introduction to this volume (Bk/110) describes how it had previously been in the possession of the Harford family before its acquisition by Fox. Although Fox's copy is largely similar to this manuscript copy, which came to Bristol Record Office from the Red Lodge, there are some important variations. For more detail on the variations between the two versions and notes on the author, see Refno: InfoBox/42/7.
