Grant by William Canynges of Bristol, merchant, to Henry Poyntz of Bristol, gentleman, and Alice his wife, of an annual rent of five marks issuing from lands and tenements in Bristol, viz: from four messuages, shops, etc, between the messuage of John Bourne, esquire, and a lane leading to the church of St Stephen, extending to the tenement of the late Thomas Rogers, burgess and merchant of Bristol, opposite the said church; and from three messuages in Brodemede, two of which are situated between the tenement of Walter Grymmestede, burgess and brewer, and of Johanna his wife, and the tenement of William Joce, which tenements are held by William Hynde; the other messuage lies between the tenement of William Kaylewey and the tenement of St Augustine's Abbey, and is held by William Yonge, [1466] Feb 12
