3. William Charles Macready of Pinner Wood near Pinner, Middx, esq. and Richard Brunton of Plymouth, gent.

Lease of theatre building, machinery, scenery, effects; dwelling on King Street lately occupied by William Macready dec., and now by Richard Brunton; dwelling now occupied by John Powell and the one behind occupied by John Evans on King Street to the east of the dwelling described; and dwelling on the Rackhay in occupation of [blank] Johnson.

As per indenture 17 August 1831 [TR/Kst/4/9] when Brunton transferred his share of lease of premises to Macready, Macready now entered into treaty with Charles Palmer, esq., for transfer of the theatre concern from Macready to Palmer, thus extinguish residue of terms of lease of four years.
