Also an undivided ninth part, on the death of Bethia Richards, of yards and workshop in possession of Robert Salmon, cabinet maker, and also a building, called the Burning House, in the possession of [blank]; a cellar in the possession of [blank] Griffiths; five yards and workshops in the possession of [blanks] Hurditch, Strickland, Sowerby, Bayly and Burgess; two stables in the posssesion of [blanks] Cheston and Bayly; forge in the possession of [blank] Taylor; a doorway called Fords doorway; a messuage and garden in the possession of Bethia Richards. All situated near the Coopers' Hall and the theatre in Baldwin Street.
